About Us

With a solid foundation in Human Resources from Pune University and a distinguished school psychology qualification from Jnana Prabodhinee, Pune University, I have developed a comprehensive skill set in counselling and education. My academic prowess was further highlighted by securing the top position in Guidance & Counselling at Pune University. Additionally, I have completed a specialized Pushpaaushadhi course and hold a Career Guidance Certification from Jnana Prabodhinee/Career Futura. This extensive educational background has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in various counselling and training roles.

My professional journey includes significant experience as a career counselor with Sakaal Newspaper from 2007 to 2010, where I contributed to the “Failure Towards Success” program. Concurrently, I have been actively involved with the NGO Swa-Roopwardhinee since 2007, providing guidance and support to students and individuals. At Jnana Prabodhinee, I have conducted numerous workshops and provided valuable counselling services, impacting over 800 students from various schools over four years. My aptitude testing and career counselling efforts have benefited more than 900 students, while my counselling services have assisted over 1,000 cases.

As a counselor for Madhurangan Magazine, I have organized and led seminars and workshops on “Happy Parenting,” addressing the needs of parents and families. My role as a Soft Skills Trainer at Synergy Institute of Management involved delivering impactful sessions to MBA students for three years, enhancing their professional development, and preparing them for the corporate world. Additionally, my contributions to the Deccan Education Society through teacher workshops have helped educators improve their teaching strategies and classroom management skills.

In recognition of my contributions to the field, I have received an award, underscoring my commitment and excellence in counselling and education. My work with Aksharnandan School for Special Children highlights my dedication to special education and inclusive practices. Regularly conducting workshops and seminars for students, teachers, and parents, I focus on career guidance, personal development, and effective parenting strategies, continuously striving to make a positive impact on the community through education and counselling.
